Clark Reiner's nearly 30-year career spans a broad spectrum of international business development and consulting roles. His expertise in establishing and managing operations across different cultural and economic landscapes is evident in his work from Europe to the Middle East. Between 2016 and 2017, he based himself in Malta and Spain, where he successfully founded and managed a family office, showcasing his adeptness in handling international business settings.

Before his time in Europe, Clark was deeply involved in strategic operations in London from 2011 to 2015, where he worked for a privately held oil and gas enterprise. His role focused on optimizing midstream operations and pursuing joint ventures, extending his influence into regions such as Trinidad, Tobago, Iraq, Louisiana, and eastern Texas, enhancing the company's global footprint.

A highlight of Clark's career was his pivotal involvement in developing the Basra Sports Complex in Iraq. Through his leadership at Newport Global, a consulting firm he co-founded, he played a crucial role in the development and execution of the Basra Sports City Complex. This $550 million project was a significant development initiative by Iraq's post-Saddam government, culminating in a state-of-the-art stadium that opened in 2013.

Clark's leadership was instrumental in New York from 2002 to 2009 at Mahler & Emerson Inc., a New York City-based Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisory firm, where he served as Vice President. His oversight extended to client relations, operations, and compliance. Simultaneously, he consulted for Allied Investment House in Abu Dhabi, leading efforts that raised $80 million in debt finance for the ambitious Dubai Lifestyle City project, a sprawling 4.15 million square foot development. His consultancy also included strategic advice on the partial sale of a private bank and technology advancements in mobile communications in Jordan.

Clark began his career in business development at New World Charter, focusing on shipping and ship management for dry bulk commodities. He rose to prominence as a Vice President at The Bull & Bear Group Inc., a mutual fund management and retail brokerage company, before further developing his skills in the Global Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs in New York.

Clark's educational background is as diverse as his professional one. He completed his MBA at UCLA's Anderson School of Business in 2002, concurrently working as an analyst in the finance and international marketing divisions at Fox Media and 20th Century Fox Films. His formative educational experiences took place at several prestigious international institutions, including The University of Cape Town, The University of Chang Mai in Thailand, L'institute Catholique in Paris, and Caius and Gonville College at Cambridge University, leading to a BA from Middlebury College in African Economic Development and Asian Cultural Studies.

Dedicated to philanthropy, Clark has been involved in various charitable endeavors, from teaching English in Kenya to volunteering with a Catholic charity in France for over a decade. His commitment also extends to the Naval War College Foundation and The Island School in the Bahamas, reflecting his broad philanthropic reach.
