Cliff Davis St. Petersburg FL’s Biography
A longtime resident of Tampa & St. Petersburg, FL, Clifford J. Davis is a real estate developer with extensive experience developing high-quality residential and commercial real estate in Florida. Over the course of his career, Cliff Davis has completed over $800 million in development projects in St. Petersburg and Tampa as well as in the Southeastern United States.
Clifford Davis earned his degree in engineering from the University of Tennessee, graduating with high honors. After moving to Florida, he began his career in real estate development, building his first house by 25. Founding his own real estate development firm, he expanded from residential developments to medical facilities and commercial spaces. His firm is building several retirement residences.
Outside of his professional life, Cliff J. Davis is an avid triathlete and has competed in several Olympic distance triathlons including St. Anthony’s Triathlon, the Mazda Top Gun Triathlon, and the Ft. Desoto Classic. He also attended the Iron Man World Championships in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, and has run the 12-mile Tough Mudder race as well as Spartan events.
