Colleen hails from San Diego and Philadelphia, and she has written extensively for publications in both locations. A Temple Law School grad, she often covers legal topics. Presently, she is a writer for Pennsylvania's Chester County Press and its affiliated magazines. Her beat is the Chester County School District school boards and related state and federal legislative issues.
