All Nanozyme‐Based Cascade Reactions for Biomedical Applications: from Self‐Cascading Nanozyme to Immobilized Cascade Nanozyme
1 Introduction During the early stages of life, natural enzymes supplanted primitive inorganic catalysts because they provided markedly higher catalytic rates, greater substrate specificity, and the capacity to catalyze reactions under mild physicochemical conditions (ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure, aqueous medium).[1] Consequently, enzymes became the principal catalytic components of metabolic networks by virtue of natural selection.
