According to a recent analysis of U.S. Census Bureau 2022 American Community Survey data by LendingTree Inc., there are nearly 5.5 million vacant housing units in the nation's 50 largest metro areas. That puts the housing vacancy rate across those metros at about 8%.

This has nothing to do with quotas. We had a Volt as well and traded it in on a Bolt. Our Volt is involved in a class action lawsuit. Is anyone surprised at the Murdaugh verdicts of Guiltyx4?
Before, when I was just reading bits and pieces here and there, I was sure he was guilty; however, when I actually started watching some of the trial -- emphasis on some, because I may be wrong here -- it seemed like a lot of the evidence was very circumstantial in nature. Is it likely he did it? Sure. But based on the evidence presented, do I believe the prosecution proved his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt? No, I don't believe that.

After they finally unlocked the son's phone there was a video that had recorded AM's voice at the kennel about the time of the killing. First of all I gotta say I don't really get the handwringing over the special counsel appointment. The Justice Department was investigating Trump's mishandling of classified documents while he was a private citizen, and three days after Trump announced he was running for president again, Garland appointed a special counsel. Because as soon as he announced, he stopped being a regular private citizen and became a presidential candidate.

I imagine some of the concessions will be revealed with the reading of the rules, like the "one vote needed for motion to vacate" rule. But others will never be known or can only be inferred by looking at who needed favors and which insurrectionists get to chair the various committees. Are any journalists or pundits working on this, or any DUers?
