SEO, Lead Generating & Wholesaling
Hey everyone. Back again looking for some more advice. My last post talked about generating leads using a form created on a Facebook ad campaign I did couple of months ago which lasted 2 weeks. nothing panned out but I'm still determined to get, and close, my 1st deal. I've stepped up my efforts since then...
Social Media & Motivated Sellers
I know using SEO and digital ads have been used, but has anyone tried to leverage regular, unpaid social media posts to generate motivated seller leads? If so, how well did (or didnt) it work?
The Road to a Chikungunya Vaccine: Accelerating Solutions to Addressing Health Threats Posed by Climate Change
Chikungunya, a mosquito-borne viral disease, is a growing global threat. Earlier this year, the World Health Organization raised awareness of the alarming surge in cases and warned of looming widespread outbreaks. As climate change continues to intensify the effects of vector-borne diseases like chikungunya, the global community will need a comprehensive understanding of the disease burden and intervention landscape to inform how to most effectively accelerate response efforts.
Institutionalizing health technology assessment in Ethiopia: seizing the window of opportunity
Introduction The 2030 sustainable development goals (SDGs), adopted by the United Nations in 2025, represent a global commitment to sustainable development and aim to address pressing global challenges. One of the key targets of the SDGs is achieving universal health coverage (UHC) by 2030 (Reference Yamey, Shretta and Binka1). UHC means that everyone should have access to quality healthcare services without facing financial hardship.

Global Health Financing
2019 Progress This year saw the largest amount ever raised to tackle HIV, tuberculosis and malaria, which together still claim millions of lives every year. An unprecedented response from the international community enabled the Global Fund to secure $14.02 billion to support delivery of tools, treatments and programs to combat the diseases. And it wasn’t just donor countries that stepped up.
COVID-19's lost generation of unvaccinated children
In their modelling study, Kaja Abbas and colleagues (October, 2020) state that routine childhood immunisation is “at risk of suspension” and “should be sustained in Africa as much as possible… during the COVID-19 pandemic”. It is now more than 6 months since the paper was first posted as a working paper, approximating the 6-month COVID-19 risk period modelled by the authors. We now know that immunisation programmes in Africa (and beyond) were severely disrupted.
Lockdown is not egalitarian: the costs fall on the global poor
We support Richard Horton's call for a post-COVID-19 health recovery programme, but his lack of attention to so-called lockdown victims is disappointing. Evidence of avoidable non-COVID-19 deaths (eg, cancer deaths, child deaths from measles, 3 Roberts L Why measles deaths are surging—and coronavirus could make it worse. women dying in labour 4 Biryabarema B In Uganda, mothers in labour die amidst coronavirus lockdown. ) is mounting.
2019 Year in Review: Global Health Financing
As a sage once said, “Making predictions is hard—especially about the future.” But one thing for certain in 2020 is that programs and policies to improve people’s health will need to be supported financially and politically. There is the exciting prospect that next year will see the entire WHO African region certified free of wild polio, and a new vaccine could be deployed as part of efforts to end all forms of the virus.

Measuring the value of health
In a recent essay for the Wall Street Journal our co-chair Bill Gates shared the best investment he’s ever made: the $10 billion the Gates Foundation has invested in Gavi, the Global Fund, and the Global Polio Eradication Initiative. He breaks down why he considers this a strong investment: “Suppose that our foundation hadn’t invested in Gavi, the Global Fund and GPEI and had instead put that $10 billion into the S&P 500, promising to give the balance to developing countries 18 years later.

Dash Documentary Pre-Proposal Review - Dash Force News
From the initial release date at: 11PM EST, 18th January 2014 are there things that the Dash community should be proud of? Dash has not yet overtaken the first mover advantage of Bitcoin, it doesn’t have the cool “program the world” factor of Ethereum and its not the bankers friend like Ripple but I think there is a great story to tell. Where would you go to learn more about the impact Dash has had on the cryptocurrency universe?

Comparison of trust in public vs private health care providers in rural Cambodia
How trust in providers affects health care-seeking behaviour is not well understood. Focus groups and household surveys were conducted in Cambodia to examine how villagers describe their trust in public and private providers, and to assess whether a difference exists in provider trust levels.
What's the proper way to model this real-world activity that seems to need circular references in OOP?
Granted, circular dependencies are a questionable practice from a design point of view, but they are not prohibited, and from a purely technical point of view they are not even necessarily problematic, as you seem to regard them to be: they are perfectly legal in most scenarios, they are inevitable in some situations, and on some rare occasions they can even be regarded as a useful thing to have. Actually, there are very few scenarios where the java compiler will deny a circular dependency.
