Hey guys I am looking to do a cash out refi on a house I have free and clear in Alabama. I need a lender that can do a long term fixed rate in either my or do a no doc loan in my personal name. (My is destroyed due to co-buying an expensive beach house as an investment property). I would prefer to stay below 6% rate if possible.

I have 3 properties in Michigan, all together worth $150-$160k I have 2 small HM loans spread out on these 3 in the amount of $67k, looking for a lender private or public to refi these 2 loans into 1 loan with at least a 5 year payout.
Originally posted by @Greg Felt: I am looking for a blanket loan.I have 11 assets...6 are mortgage notes and I own 5 rental properties free and clear.I have no personal debt or business debt. I don't have a mortgage or a rent payment. I gross $7700 per month before property management or taxes on the rental properties. I can email the list of assets with any paperwork on request. The only place that will do those loan amounts is a LOCAL bank.

Multifamily Property Downpayment
I have taken the BP advice and reached out to 15 lenders (of all different sizes) in hopes of finding one who required a lower <25% down payment on a 2-4 unit property but have had no luck. This is my first property and I would like it to be a multi instead of a SFH. I am short about $10-15k and although I could wait and save up the difference, I would truly like to meet my goal of purchasing the property by the end of next month.
