Dan Horton’s Biography
I am currently active duty Army and have 8 years remaining before I retire from active service. I have been married for over 15 years and my wife and I have four children together. I was born in Louisville, KY but have grown up all over. I was an Army Brat growing up and aside from Kentucky, I have lived in Hawaii, California, Alabama, Kansas, Missouri, and Maryland. I am currently perusing my BA in Mass Communications and Media Studies with Arizona State University while on active duty.
I am an avid sports fan and currently blog for Tomahawk Take (http://tomahawktake.com) of the FanSided Network, about the Atlanta Braves. FanSided was just recently purchased by TIME, INC. Writing for Tomahawk Take and FanSided has afforded me the chance to be a member of the Internet Baseball Writers Association of America (IBWAA). I am a lifetime member. Recently became a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society.
