Circulating miR-378a-3p as a molecular biomarker in pediatric duchenne muscular dystrophy
Abstract Early and accurate diagnosis of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) remains challenging in children with elevated creatine kinase (CK), as CK is sensitive but lacks disease specificity. Circulating microRNAs have emerged as potential biomarkers for muscle pathophysiology. We quantified circulating miR-378a-3p levels by qRT-PCR in genetically confirmed DMD patients, healthy controls, and non-DMD neuromuscular disorder patients.

High-fat diet-induced obesity accelerates puberty in male rats through SMIM20/phoenixin upregulation
1 Introduction Central precocious puberty (CPP) is a common pediatric endocrine disorder caused by premature activation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis (HPGA). It is defined in boys as the development of genitalia and secondary sexual characteristics before the age of 9 (1). Over the past few decades, the global incidence of CPP has risen markedly. A Danish national study reported that from 1998 to 2017, CPP incidence increased sixfold in girls and fifteenfold in boys (2, 3).

In-Memory Computing Integrated Structure Circuit Based on Nonvolatile Flash Memory Unit
Abstract : Artificial intelligence has made people’s demands for computer computing efficiency increasingly high. The traditional hardware circuit simulation method for neural morphology computation has problems of unstable performance and excessive power consumption. This research will use non-volatile flash memory cells that are easy to read and write to build a convolutional neural network structure to improve the performance of neural morphological computing.
Contribution of both positive selection and relaxation of selective constraints to degeneration of flyability during geese domestication
It is widely believed that Chinese domestic geese originated from A. cygnoides and European domestic geese originated from A. anser. However, most of the evidence supporting this belief originated from maternal phylogenetic studies involving sequencing of a control region of mtDNA. This means that those results lack evidence at the nuclear and population genetics levels. In this study, we analyzed two mitochondrial genes and three nuclear genes from two wild ancestors (A. cygnoides and A.
