Daniel is a freelance correspondent at Pointblanknews.com where he deploys his skills in economics and finance to write impactful data driven stories that both inform and hold power to account. He was a Business Correspondent at The Punch newspaper and an Ex-Associate Editor and Data Analyst at NatureNews. He was also the Factcheck Editor at NatureFact, the verification arm of NatureNews. Daniel Adaji was the Lead Researcher and Data Analyst with The Insight. He holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from the the University of Agriculture Makurdi and has attended several trainings and workshops related to the news media.
He is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Factcheckers' Coalition.
Daniel is a fellow of the Dataphyte Media Fellowship, Africa Data Hub Community Journalism Fellowship, ICIR/OCRP Fellowship, and an alumnus of Ripple Centre for Data and Investigative Journalism.
