I just recently started a RE Wholesaling business here in Gainesville, Fl. So far I have been able to connect with only a few local cash investors using Facebook and google searching. I was wondering what other online resources are available to me to get my business out there to the right people in the area?
@Nathan Kawalerski Umbrella does not impact your loan terms. If you are buying single family rentals to start a good PM and umbrella policy should suffice. Have yet to see a situation on a single family rental where someone was sued and the LLC protected them and an umbrella would not have.
