Improving the update discoverability experience
@Daniel Sidler , the very same page is not a good example, because this is the same team doing this. I can expand on inconsistency, if you'd like. On the screenshot, there are six UI elements. Four of them look alike, but only three of those are action verbs ('Advanced Options' stands out). Why is that? 'Check for updates' is a button, although it's an action verb too. I can understand that they want it to stand out, fine. But why 'View optional updates' is a hyperlink?
TWEAK mediates inflammation in experimental atopic dermatitis and psoriasis
We first assessed the expression of TWEAK and Fn14 in the skin in experimental AD. This was induced by repetitive topical exposure to house dust mite (HDM) allergen and staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB)26,27, both implicated in the pathogenesis of AD in humans28,29,30. Dermatitis develops in a T-cell-dependent manner31 with involvement of type 2 cytokines, including TSLP32, that are characteristic of human AD.
Role of TWEAK/Fn14 in chronic inflammatory disorders of the skin
Atopic dermatitis and Psoriasis are inflammatory disorders of the skin. Despite particular differences in respect of etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations, these diseases share histological features such as epidermal hyperplasia and dermal fibrosis. Discovering molecules that contribute to the development of both diseases could provide opportunities for therapeutic intervention.

Lung and skin fibrosis are characterized by excessive accumulation of collagen and α-smooth muscle actin in these organs. The key molecules that promote these phenotypes are of clinical interest. Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and Periostin (Pstn) have been found at high levels in patients with Asthma, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, and Atopic Dermatitis.
