As 2019 rolls in, and I near my 30th birthday, I find myself uncharacteristically retrospective. If you had told 15-year-old me that I would be spearheading a popular New Bedford LGBTQ Winter Film Series, mentoring teens, and being a role model for other queer and transgender youth, I would have laughed at you.
