Daniel Ballerini owns and operates his real estate portfolio in Southern NJ. Daniel Ballerini has been in business since 2012. Mr. Ballerini's primary focus has been purchasing distressed residential properties (single-family homes and small apartment buildings) in mostly Class B neighborhoods, rehabilitating them, and providing quality rental housing within the community. Since 2019, Daniel Ballerini has pivoted from a Buy, Fix, and Rent model (2012), to a Buy, Fix, and Sell model. Daniel Ballerini has continued to hold his 102 rental properties while adding a Fix and Flip arm to the business.
