Best Looking Speakers?
#1 · I did a quick search and didn't see anything come up, but I was curious (and thought it would be a little fun) on what everyone's opinions were on the best looking speakers? Regardless of price, availability, bookshelf/floorstanding, etc.
Wall mounting bookshelf in drywall question?
Joined 3 mo ago · 48 Posts Discussion Starter · #1 · 20 m ago Currently looking to wall mount klipsch RP500sa II's at just under 10lbs (4.5kg). I'min a rental so i don't wan to go with full large drywall anchors. I have some gorilla hooks rated for 40lbs. I went ahead and mounted them in garage to test fit the hook first and they fit fine and seem very sturdy. i was worried that the weight ratings didn't account for horizontal shear the speaker depth might introduce.
Amazon Music HD/Ultra with Casting question
Discussion Starter · #1 · 18 m ago Current setup is a Denon AVR-2800h and playing with the Amazon Music HD/Ultra streaming capabilities. I started ssing the HEOS app HD and Ultra clearly displays as it plays and it sounds awesome. Problem is the HEOS app navigation of the library is really terrible. These tracks when playing back using HEOS app will indicate Source = HEOS Music and the signal FLAC.
Post purchase Advice on Center Channel Klipsch R-50C vs RP-500C ii or SVS Prime Center
First the setup is a 3.0 channel setup for 50/50 user between music and Sports/TV shows and movies. I've had my TV(LG CX65) and TV Stand and very happy with the TV and the minimalistic masculine aesthetics of the whole setup and room. For me looks matter with cable management being excellent based on how I'll be cleaning up the cables a bit. The matching speakers without grills look great.
