Dave Johnson’s Biography

I’m a tech journalist, professional communicator, and author of nearly three dozen books about technology, photography, and small business.

I have contributed to many publications including Business Insider, Forbes, CNET, Wired and How-To Geek; I am also a serial podcaster and have appeared on radio and television.

I spent eight years as a content lead on the Windows team at Microsoft. I’ve also been the tech editorial director at eHow, editor-in-chief of Techwalla, and digital managing editor of Robb Report. I am currently the executive editor at Forbes Vetted.

In my spare time, I’ve co-hosted a number of podcasts including Protocol 1 and Battlestar Recaptica.
