What was your first job as a journalist?

Street reporter in the radio station where I always wanted to work at. Also, worked night shifts during weekends.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

To speak truth to power.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

The birth of online disinformation to destabilize democracies.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

This is a team job. Also, leave your opinions at the door. There is no 'I' in news.

The Economist

What's the most common misperception about your beat?

That you cannot break news as a correspondent. You totally can.
