David Emory Fleet

David Emory Fleet spent most of his career in both criminal and civil trial practice. Since then, David has participated in multi-disciplinary groups (MDTs), helping solve crimes against kids. More and more areas are establishing MDTs to aid with the coordination necessary to ensure children are not subjected to further trauma post-incident. David Fleet assists with the investigation and prosecution as a team member in the role of consultant, instructor, and expert during the course of his career. In addition to Florida, he has provided legal testimony in Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, Missouri, Louisiana, Washington, DC, North Carolina, Kentucky, and South Carolina.
