David Langwallner is a public interest lawyer specialising in immigration, housing, ,judicial review, criminal defence, and miscarriages of justice.
He has reported cases in several jurisdictions and has represented whistleblowers in inquiries, in constitutional matters, in banking and regulatory work, and secured the first posthumous pardon in the history of the Irish state, in the Harry Gleeson matter for which he was made Irish lawyer of the year in 2015.

He is lecturer in Jurisprudence and consumer law at Middlesex University and was lecturer in constitutional law and jurisprudence at the KIngs Inns for over 15 years.
He is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, The London school Of Economics and The Harvard Law School. He was a winner of The Henry Hunter Hamilton memorial prize and The Kingsmill Moore Memorial prize at Trinity.
