Only Natural Pet Jerky Strips Dog Treat – Natural, Grain Free, Bison Let’s face it…We all love to give our dogs treats. They love it and we love to do it for them. Some people might do it by giving them table scraps, pig ears or almost anything. Almost anything is not what we would do for ourselves, so why do it for the other members of our family? As we all know, our pets are definitely a part of the family.

One company has really figured out how to build toys that can hold up to even the most aggressive play of both big and small dogs. KONG! Just as the name implies, these toys are tough. The Bailey Range Traverse – Olympic National Park -
Finally! I got the opportunity to get back out into the Bailey Range. This time I got two of my backpacking buddies from Hawaii, yes Hawaii, to come over and join me on this adventure. They were not prepared for all they experienced here. The way we took into the Bailey Range went up the Sol Duc past Heart Lake and out to the Catwalk along the High Divide. This is a ridgeline between the Hoh River and Sol Duc River. As usual, the trail was bustling with people on this portion.

Waipio to Waimanu
One of the most popular hikes or backpacks on the Big Island of Hawaii is the route from Waipio Valley over to Waimanu Valley. The Waipio Valley is on the NE corner of the island near the town of Honokaa. From Kona travel North and East on Highway 11 through Waimea and follow the signs to Honokaa. Once you reach Honokaa, turn left from the main cross street in the middle of town. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Waipio Overlook.
RED HILL CABIN ON THE BIG ISLAND OF HAWAII
I live on the Big Island now after spending most of my life in the Pacific Northwest. I can’t compare the two locations because they are so different and yet both are so beautiful. All I can say is, if possible, you should visit here and see how amazing this place is as well. The Big Island has 5 volcanoes on it which makes for some very interesting landscapes. Some of the volcanoes are old and dormant while others are young and very much alive.
Hiking Hawaii's Puna Trail
The Big Island of the Hawaiian Islands has many rich and magnificent hiking trails. On the Windward, or east, side of the island is a famous trail called the Puna Trail. Recently, I had the privilege of walking the trail and experiencing some of Hawaii’s natural and historic beauty. The trail is 2.5 miles long and leads down an ancient path first created by original Hawaiian settlers.
