Findings In this cross-sectional study of mortality data from 305 386 Asian American and Pacific Islander individuals, uterine and brain and central nervous system cancer mortality rates increased in women from 1999 to 2020, and colorectal cancer mortality rates increased in men aged 45 to 54 years.
