Compilation of flume experiments on contraction scour
Published August 28, 2026 | Version v2 The dataset compiles flume experiments on contraction scour reported in the literature. Data that were previously published only as tables within individual articles have been collected and standardized into a uniform format. The objective is to improve open access to experimental results that are already available in published studies. The tab "Database" contain the compile dataset of previous studies.

Castanet: A pipeline for rapid analysis of targeted multi-pathogen genomic data
Target enrichment strategies generate genomic data from multiple pathogens in a single process, greatly improving sensitivity over metagenomic sequencing and enabling cost-effective, high throughput surveillance and clinical applications. However, uptake by research and clinical laboratories is constrained by an absence of computational tools that are specifically designed for the analysis of multi-pathogen enrichment sequence data.

Application of multi-omic features clustering and pathway enrichment to clarify the impact of vitamin B2 supplementation on broiler caeca microbiome
1. Introduction Vitamins are micronutrients with important physiological effects on various biological responses, including host immunity, and resulting in a number of health benefits (Suwannasom et al., 2020). Vitamins are synthesized by bacteria, yeasts, and plants, but chickens must obtain vitamins from their diet or rely on their synthesis by commensal bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract (Yoshii et al., 2019).

Yeast-extracted nucleotides and nucleic acids as promising feed additives for European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) juveniles
1 Introduction To meet the continuously rising demand, Mediterranean marine aquaculture sector urges a continuous production improvement, especially for aquafeed, which covers approximately up to 70% of the total running expenses and is mainly bound to fish meal (FM) as the major but unsustainable protein source, especially for carnivorous fish species (Guillen and Carvalho, 2016; Dawood and Koshio, 2020).

Advances in Financial Leasing Mechanism Designs
Abstract : Financial leasing contracts usually include specific clauses for early termination of the agreement in the event that the lessee defaults. The lessor might, therefore, not immediately ask for termination of the financial lease agreement in order to take advantage of the increment in fees accrued due to the default interest.
Partial Driftwood Rack at Gated Ogee Crest: Trapping Rate and Discharge Efficiency
Abstract Driftwood belongs to natural rivers just like water and sediment do. A sound ecosystem requires driftwood, although it might jam at civil structures, altering the flow section and rise the backwater. Safety considerations suggest removing wood from rivers, whereas ecological experience asks for its presence. The situation might become critical if spillways clog during floods, so that their discharge capacity reduces.

Reservoir Level Rise under Extreme Driftwood Blockage at Ogee Crest
Abstract Dams are civil structures essential to modern civilization. However, they can be a threat if not properly designed and operated. A particular risk that potentially can lead to dam failure is the blocking of the spillway inlet with driftwood or debris. This study investigated, on the basis of physical modeling, this blocking as well as the related backwater rise and discharge-capacity reduction.
