Unmet health-related needs in patients with Crohn’s disease in Belgium: a mixed-methods study - Archives of Public Health
Results Of the 258 individuals who initiated the survey, five were ineligible. Furthermore, questionnaires missing mandatory responses were excluded (n = 103). Consequently, the final dataset included 150 respondents with a self-reported diagnosis of CD (see Supplementary Fig. 2), out of which 5% were proxies responding on behalf of a person affected by Crohn’s who were unable to respond themselves.
Hawaií Supernova Flows: A peculiar velocity survey using over a Thousand Supernovae in the near-infrared
We introduce the Hawai‘i Supernova Flows project and present summary statistics of the first 1,217 astronomical transients observed, 668 of which are spectroscopically classified Type Ia Supernovae (SNe Ia). Our project is designed to obtain systematics-limited distances to SNe Ia while consuming minimal dedicated observational resources.
Average Modeling of High Frequency AC Link Three-Port DC/DC/DC Converters
1. Introduction The adoption of renewable energies has increased in recent years. Among these energies, Photovoltaic (PV) energy has become one of the most widely used. The widespread adoption of PVs has also led to the integration of energy storage devices, such as batteries. By coupling a battery with a PV system, the intermittent nature of PV energy can be addressed, enabling the storage of surplus energy for complementary usage and power regulation.
Student perceptions of academic misconduct amongst their peers during the rapid transition to remote instruction
International Journal for Educational Integrity, Jul 2023 The sudden move from traditional face-to-face teaching and learning to unfamiliar virtual spaces during the early weeks and months of the COVID-19 pandemic demanded many members of educational communities around the world to be flexible and teach and learn outside of their comfort zones.

DeltaMSI: artificial intelligence-based modeling of microsatellite instability scoring on next-generation sequencing data - BMC Bioinformatics
DeltaMSI achieved a clinically acceptable sensitivity around 90% at excellent specificity for MSI screening in all common cancer types. Its diagnostic performance was at least as good as that of another widely used script, mSINGS.
Reliability of glomerular filtration rate estimating formulas compared to iohexol plasma clearance in critically ill children - European Journal of Pediatrics
Abstract Accurate renal function assessment is crucial to guide intensive care decision-making and drug dosing. Estimates of glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) are routinely used in critically ill children; however, these formulas were never evaluated against measured GFR (mGFR) in this population. We aimed to assess the reliability of common eGFR formulas compared to iohexol plasma clearance (CLiohexol) in a pediatric intensive care (PICU) population.
NuA4 and H2A.Z control environmental responses and autotrophic growth in Arabidopsis - Nature Communications
Abstract Nucleosomal acetyltransferase of H4 (NuA4) is an essential transcriptional coactivator in eukaryotes, but remains poorly characterized in plants. Here, we describe Arabidopsis homologs of the NuA4 scaffold proteins Enhancer of Polycomb-Like 1 (AtEPL1) and Esa1-Associated Factor 1 (AtEAF1). Loss of AtEAF1 results in inhibition of growth and chloroplast development.
