What does it mean to be a journalist?
Seek the truth and report it as best you can.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
Pitch me via email. Tell me what the product is, and when it's available.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Google Docs, Photoshop, Audition.
What's your favorite social network?
Threads at the moment. All the others have too many compromises. Maybe LinkedIn is a close second.
Why did you become a journalist?
I love it.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
Testing 5G in New Orleans during the NCAA Men's Final with 70,000 people in attendance.

Scotch with ice

Outside.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
I don't read much tech TBH. I prefer books.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
My beat is hands-on consumer electronics, preferably under embargo. If you don't have a product for me to try, I probably won't be interested
