Introduction: It is a standard practice to bring back all patients who have had a biopsy for suspicious breast lesions to the results clinic. However, variations exist when it comes to patients with expected benign results. The aim of this project was to improve the efficiency of our results clinic by offering patients, who are expected to have benign breast pathologies a choice between a letter or a follow-up appointment.
