Friends may call one hour before the service at the funeral home. Deb was born Nov. 21, 1951, in Dubuque, the daughter of Ray and Amanda (Bruggeman) Rubly. Deb was raised on a farm in Petersburg and graduated from Dyersville-Beckman High School. In 1968, Deb married Donald Young, Jr. The couple lived in Earlville, and two children were born to this union.
