Why did you become a journalist?
I was always interested in news and once I discovered writing is my forte, I decided to take the plunge.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
Many years ago, I had done a story for Times Life on the life of a bar dancer. She opened up about her life and experiences to me.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Enter the profession only if you are genuinely interested in writing. Do not be taken in by the glamour aspect. This is a lot of hard work.
