Hey everyone. So I've been listening to bigger pockets for a long time now. Obviously my dream is to invest in real estate. Particularly multi-family and/or section 8. I want to be transparent! My credit SUCKS. I am trying to raise it as we speak. I am 50, and I have wife and 2 sons (13 and 15). My boys are my main reason for getting into real estate. I really want to chase that generational wealth for them. I would be going into this venture with my mother. She would be my private lender.
