A long time ago and sometimes I miss it

Social media didn't just change where we get news. It changed the speed and is killing accuracy. Many influencers have the reach without rigor. And in health, that gap has real consequences for patients regarding clinical decisions and for how the public understands science. What's missing is credible SME voices like clinicians, researchers, founders. The people who actually understand the work. They are largely absent from the platforms shaping public perception and that needs to change.
