What's your TOP Investment Destination and 3 Reasons Why!
I'm curious with all the shuffling and migration in this country, what are YOUR top destinations for investing and why. Considerations should include growth, taxes, rent income to unit price, and more. If you have a top destination that you were investing in and it changed due to affordability for example, put that down as well. I'm not interested in what the "Lame"-stream media has to say. I'd like to hear from the boots on the ground and the people doing it.
Conventional vs. Investment Loans for a Duplex
Hi all! Fairly basic question. I am looking at a two unit property that is fully rented, and can't make the numbers work using an FHA loan. I have the capital to put a little more down with a conventional loan (15-20%), but my mortgage lender is telling me that if I am not planning to live there, I would need to put down 25% for an investment style loan. Any ways around this?
