They call us the Children of Alzheimer. I am one, and so perhaps are you. If Alzheimer’s disease has not yet struck your family, it still might. Everybody is at risk. The numbers of people affected are growing and few families will remain untouched. Today, Alzheimer’s ranks as the 6th leading cause of death in the U.S. In California, 630,000 have the disease and it is estimated that the number will grow to 840,000 by 2025. Our brains are under siege and we must act.
