With a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Patel has accumulated 16 years of experience in the financial industry, making him a skilled product owner and project manager.

Throughout his career, Patel has been recognized for his expertise in Agile transformation, process automation, and delivering complex projects on time. He is well-versed in many system lifecycle methodologies, including SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
Patel is equally skilled in explaining technical processes to stakeholders and mentoring fellow technologists. He has completed numerous certifications, including being a Certified Scrum Alliance professional.
Digant Patel has led complicated regulatory projects, such as FINRA/ESMA, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to meet US and European regulatory requirements. He is proficient in many FINRA regulations, including FINRA OATS, Electronic Bluesheets, ACT, MSI 605/606, and MiFID regulations, such as Trade & Transaction Reporting, Best Execution, and Cost & Charges.
Patel has worked for several esteemed financial institutions, including Chase, Citi, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, and Lazard Asset Management. He became known for his multitasking abilities and strong business and IT acumen during his tenure.
At Chase, Patel managed the implementation of a Sales MIS Data Warehouse, and at Citi, he gained expertise in managing regulatory projects, such as OATS and MSI 605/606. At Barclays Investment Bank, Patel managed multiple regulatory projects for FINRA Regulation, including Electronic Bluesheets, OATS, MSI 605/606, LOPR, ACT, RegNMS, Large Trader, Surveillance & Supervisory reporting, and CAT. Patel also redefined the project management strategy and implemented an initiative to streamline workflows to meet market demands.
Digant Patel managed multiple regulatory projects at Deutsche Bank for MiFID FIN Regulation, including Trade & Transaction Reporting, Article 59 Client Reporting, Best Executions, Cost & Charges, and FIRD Reporting. Finally, as a Sr. Product Owner, Sr. Scrum Master, and Vice President at Lazard Asset Management, Patel continued his legacy as one of New York’s top Agile development experts.
Currently, Patel is providing a reporting platform to assist small and medium-sized financial institutions in complying with the latest FINRA, ESMA, and SEC regulations. He remains committed to providing enhanced end-user expertise, making it easier for users to access product information and justify the quality price.
When not working, Patel enjoys gardening, running, and volunteering. He has completed many 5K and marathon races, benefiting worthy and charitable causes.
Patel completed his education at respected universities, receiving a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, and obtaining his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Bhavnagar University in Gujarat, India.
