Variances in physiological parameters associated with stress tolerance between seven Brassica oleracea varieties
Abstract Externe IDs PubMed 41487360 Schlagworte Brassicaceae, Abiotic stress markers, Antioxidants, Flavonoids, Glucosinolates, Oxidative stress, Polyphenols, Stress tolerance
Variety-specific responses of young Brassica oleracea plants to waterlogging: Comparative biochemical, metabolic and gene expression analysis
Flooding is becoming more frequent and severely affects agricultural production, however, compared to other stressors in plants, the underlying stress management mechanisms are largely underexplored. Using chromatographic (GC-MS, LC-MS) and spectrophotometric analyses, we assessed the impact of long-term (i.e., 24 days) waterlogging on seven Brassica oleracea varieties that belong to different vegetable forms.
Flavescence Doree Strain-Specific Impact on Phenolic Metabolism Dynamics in Grapevine (Vitis vinifera) throughout the Development of Phytoplasma Infection | TU Dresden

Flavescence Dorée Strain-Specific Impact on Phenolic Metabolism Dynamics in Grapevine (Vitis vinifera) throughout the Development of Phytoplasma Infection
Phytoplasmas (‘Candidatus Phytoplasma’) are a group of plant pathogenic bacteria that cause serious agricultural damage and affect plant food production worldwide. They are known to affect plants, as well as their insect vectors, in various ways, by manipulating their gene expression and signaling pathways.
