To me, being a journalist is to take a topic, give it exhaustive research, and (with truth and integrity) share it with a reading audience

I love research, and I love writing. I love the power of persuasion in writing.

I was editor of my high school newspaper.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
Actually, two: a piece on Juneteenth, and a piece entitled, "Restoring Housing Hope."

Just keep writing.
