Dr O John Ma

Dr. O John Ma is an emergency medicine specialist who has dedicated his life to helping others. He began his college education at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1981, and from there, he earned his bachelor of arts. Following the university's Junior Year Abroad Scholarship Program, a year was spent abroad at Lancaster University in Lancaster, England. After graduating from 1986 to 1990, he pursued his medical degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C.

Beginning with an internship in internal medicine at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., from 1990 to 1991, the postgraduate training was highly diverse. John Ma began his residency in emergency medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 1991. From 1993 to 1994, he served as Chief Resident.
