Dustin Reed Terry is an investigative journalist, veteran, and digital media entrepreneur whose career spans military service, civic accountability reporting, and national security research.
Terry served in the United States Air Force, where he worked on the F-117A Nighthawk stealth aircraft — one of the most classified platforms in American military history. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the institutional culture he now covers as a journalist.
After his service, Terry built and sold TheColdCases.com, a digital media property focused on unsolved homicides that grew to tens of thousands of monthly readers. He is also a recognized whistleblower in the 28pages.org movement, his Whistleblowing led to new laws in Iowa banning state officials from being foreign agent lobbyists. Terry now publishes two investigative properties through Citizen Investigative Media, LLC.
