Have you ever used a typewriter?
Not yet, I have clunky hands at the best of times. I think I'd have have to reset the keys every week.
How is social media changing news?
Consumption of media is speeding up. Rather than making you make short reads, it should encourage you to make the best possible long ones.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Audio transcription software is a godsend. Slack and other IM software keep me awake at night. Google Docs also makes my life easier.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I worked on an investigative piece looking in digital COVID-19 vaccination fraud, exposing hackers creating fake vaccine documents.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Sat in a scenic café in Kyiv's Podil district, or eating Belgian fries with mayo somewhere in Etterbeek.
