These medications have known side effects, including reduced growth velocity, ocular complications, and oral candidiasis. However, this patient presented with a new facial tic after escalating his dose of inhaled Fluticasone. There are only a limited number of case reports regarding this uncommon side effect, yet it may point to a more significant underlying disorder.

There is limited evidence to suggest that pathological response as indicated by tumour regression grade (TRG) has prognostic value in gastro-oesophageal adenocarcinoma.
