How is social media changing news?

It is a double-edged sword. It can open channels to honest news and information gathering. The rest is the history we are living now.

What's your favorite social network?

LinkedIn. Besides the potential business connections, just connecting with smart, interesting people is worth the effort.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I am grateful for the opportunity to be on-the-ground at COP21 for the adoption of the Paris Agreement in December 2015.

Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?

New Scientist. Much of the writing I do focuses on the environment and sustainable development. New Scientist allows a broader resource.
