ELABORACIÓN Las uvas de Prado Enea son siempre las últimas en vendimiarse. Se trata de una cuidadosa selección de parcelas en altitud con uvas de una alta calidad, ubicadas al noroeste de La Rioja Alta, en los municipios de Sajazarra, Cellorigo y Fonzaleche. Las uvas fermentan en tinos de roble. El periodo de maceración está comprendido entre 14 – 16 días, a lo cual le sigue un mínimo de 36 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano, para aportar complejidad.

De color cereza y capa alta, ribete granate. La nariz es de buena intensidad y gran complejidad, buqué fruto de un gran equilibrio entre fruta y crianza, amplio, especias dulces, mineralidad. Es cambiante con aireación. En boca tiene muy buena entrada, excelente acidez, gran estructura, crianza presente, elegante, vivo, con nervio, equilibrado y muy largo. Excelente retrogusto. Un vino pensado para disfrutar en unos años pero que ahora muestra gran acidez y estructura. Muy bueno

Fase visual: Color rojo cereza, capa media, ribete granate, límpido y brillante, lagrima media y marcada. Fase olfativa: Franco en nariz, fruta roja en confitura, fresa, frambuesa, grosella roja, intensidad alta, agitamos la copa para oxigenar el vino y percibimos además de la fruta notas especiadas de canela, algo de vainillina.

Vino Duquesa en Verema
Opiniones de Duquesa Color ligeramente oscuro y textura bastante densa. En nariz se nota mucho las uvas pasificadas y higos. En boca sabe totalmente a dátiles y un toque de caramelo de tofe. Es dulce pero está perfecto para mi gusto (no soy muy goloso). Color caoba oscura, borde yodado, lágrima abundante y densa. En nariz es de pasas, dátiles, frutos secos como almendras tostadas, cafe, chocolate, especias (canela).

Hay en total 24 Denominaciones de Origen Protegida (DOP) Vino de Pago, y ninguna Vino de Pago Calificado.
