ABOUT ROSANNE WELCH Rosanne Welch, Ph.D. has written for television (Touched by an Angel, Picket Fences) and print (Three Ring Circus: How Real Couples Balance Marriage, Work, and Kids and The Encyclopedia of Women in Aviation and Space).
