Key findings This CDS is a result of a large interdisciplinary and international effort to standardise the key participant and disease characteristics when reporting studies assessing interventions for diabetes-related foot ulceration. This CDS is the minimum list of descriptors to be reported but does not provide specific guidance on how these descriptors should be measured, nor prohibits individual studies from including additional descriptors based on their individual design.
