Edward G. Brown’s Biography
President, Co-Chairman, and co-founder of Cohen Brown Management Group, leading behavior and culture change expert, and Axiom award winning author of "The Time Bandits Solutions: Recovering Stolen Time You Never Knew You Had" (In Stores Now).
For 36 years, I have created training programs that help executives solve their most pressing challenges. My latest programs are OneBankism, Leading Call Center Relationship Management Labs, Breakthrough Behavioral Embedding, and Structured Time and Management Workflow. Our company client roster consists of the largest financial institutions on six continents who after participating in my programs, reported breakthrough results in increased revenue, cross-sales, customer service, workplace productivity, and employee satisfaction.
I am man with an appetite for an unusual variety of pursuits and a golden touch with all. As a teenager, I began selling door-to-door in the Bronx neighborhood where I was born. Later I became business manager to Hollywood stars and entertainers, at one point running the second largest business management company in the country. I also wrote a #1 song (Tan Shoes and Pink Shoelaces).
My high-pressured career forced me to become my own time management expert. Juggling so many responsibilities, I found myself prone to interruptions which jeopardized my creativity and compromised my management abilities. Through my own experiences, I taught my colleagues and clients proven time management lessons and techniques which I've captured in The Time Bandit Solution.
When I was young, I worked rodeos at Madison Square Garden for the thrill of bearing near Roy Rogers and Dale Evans. I am an elite horseman, polo player, and owner of many fine horses. I love to collect art from around the world and they fill my homes in Malibu, California, and Hawaii. I am married with two children and a granddaughter.
