Reza brings over a decade of experience across education policy, strategy, communications and public sector delivery. He spent more than three years in senior leadership roles at AQA (Assessment and Qualifications Alliance), most recently as Director of Assessment Reform.
Earlier in his career, Reza was Associate Director in the education practice at Public First and spent eight years in government, mainly in the Department for Education, where he worked on school funding, qualifications & assessment, children’s social care, and delivery of ministerial priorities, reporting directly to the secretary of state.
Reza brings deep expertise in education reform and a strong ability to translate complex issues into clear, impactful communications. He has been widely published across both sector and national media.
