Eileen O'Grady’s Biography
Eileen O’Grady is a communications writer for Harvard University's Faculty of Arts & Sciences, where she contributes articles to the Harvard Gazette. Previously, O'Grady worked as the education reporter at the Concord Monitor in Concord, New Hampshire as a member of the Report for America corps.
Prior to that, O'Grady served as the managing editor of the The Scope at Northeastern University, an experimental digital magazine focused on telling stories of justice, hope and resilience in Greater Boston. She was also a staff writer at The Shelburne News and The Citizen in Vermont.
She has bylines in the Boston Globe, USA Today, New Hampshire Public Radio, the GroundTruth Project, the Portsmouth Herald, Seacoast Online, the Valley News, the Keene Sentinel, the Laconia Daily Sun, the Bay State Banner, New Hampshire Business Review, Manchester Ink Link, the Monadnock Ledger-Transcript, and the Eagle Times.
She holds a BA in politics and French from Mount Holyoke College and a MA in journalism from Northeastern University.
