ELDHO MATHEWS

Eldho Mathews is a practitioner-researcher specializing in higher education policy and internationalization. He currently serves as Programme Officer for the Internationalisation of Higher Education at the Kerala State Higher Education Council,India. With a diverse career spanning key institutions, he has held significant roles at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), the British Council, the Ministry of Education (India), and the Planning Commission of India (now NITI Aayog).
