Ellen Williams’s Biography

Co-Founder and CEO of B2B R&D, Inc., a content marketing company, Ellen has more than 25 years of experience helping small businesses use technology for business development.

Launched in May 2015, after Ellen stepped down as the Regional Development Director/Field CRM Strategist at Constant Contact, four years after they recruited her for the position. She had doubled her territory geography while developing and managing a team of 14 independent business owners. Internally, she assisted in the design and roll-out of Salesforce, for use by Constant Contact's 22- member field team.

Prior to her role at Constant Contact, Ellen owned Efficient Office Computing, a computer consultancy, specializing in CRM, accounting, and marketing automation. With professional certifications and affiliations with Sage Software, Intuit, Zoho, and Constant Contact, she supported many small businesses in the NY Metro area, across multiple industries, implementing and training them on technology that was core to their success.

Ellen is also a published writer and accomplished public speaker, having presented to over 20,000 businesses and non-profit organizations. She's the author of "It’s About Time: Time Management Tips From The Software Revitalist" and has contributed to over 100 magazines and websites. Ellen's speaking engagements have taken her across the country, with top events such as Inbound Marketing Summit, International Toy Fair, Social Media Week, and NYXpo.
