With nearly 20 years of experience in journalism, I focus especially on the coverage of environmental, energy, and climate issues, in addition to human rights and public policy. I have published numerous impactful pieces in solutions journalism for outlets such as BBC Future, Mongabay, ((o))eco, and Ciência Hoje, besides having maintained a solid partnership with FairPlanet, covering Latin America and coordinating the transnational dossier “Fishery: Latin America” (2022).
Author of special reports for the e-book “Transição Energética: como estamos e para onde vamos" (Energy Transition: where we are and where we are going), published by ((o))eco, I was also a panelist at the International Conference on Renewable Energy Technologies (CITER), held in Teresina-PI in 2024, and received an honorable mention in the 2025 InfoEnergia Award for the report “The forgotten link of the transition: how energy efficiency can help decarbonize industry”.
I have participated in several national and international mentoring programs (the Solutions Journalism program in 2021, the Climate Tracker's Green Industries program in 2024, and the Agência Bori's Energy Efficiency program in 2025) and produced multimedia field reports in the Amazon (Brazil and Ecuador), Pantanal, Cerrado, Caatinga, and Atlantic Forest.
