Fuelled by an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, Elliot ventured forth on his own in 2017, forging a partnership with another individual to venture into the New Jersey housing market. Sensing the untapped potential in the region, with its less competition and more affordable housing prices than New York City, this strategic move set the stage for future success. By the culmination of 2018, Elliot's unwavering determination culminated in establishing his own company, which his brother later joined as a partner.
