Attorneys for Proud Boy defendant Dominic Pezzola file demand for the appointment of a special master and special prosecutor to examine FBI evidence tampering and fabrication. Last week, during the Proud Boy trial in D.C., the government claimed it had accidentally given “classified” text messages of FBI agent Nicole Miller to defense lawyers. The DOJ is now frantically seeking to “claw back” the document. Judge Kelly appears inclined to help them conceal the scandalous information.
